Hello, brothers and sisters! My name is Lívia, I’m 17 years old and I’m from Videira Osasco. In 2023, I participated in the Employability project — and it was a life-changing experience. Before the course, I didn’t know how to create a résumé, use LinkedIn, or behave in interviews. I was also very immature. But with the challenges and lessons, I grew a lot — and even became one of the winners! Today, thanks to God, I work at Nobre Contabilidade, and doors have been opening in my life. That’s why you should come and participate too. Employability can change your story!

I participated in the Employability program, and it was a milestone in my life. Even though I already had an office with 30 clients, I carried the fear of growing. In the course, I learned about résumés, behavioral profiles, and, most importantly, broke emotional barriers. Today, I lead a team with 400 clients and 30 employees, and I apply the principles of Employability in all my companies. If you’re in doubt, do it! It will transform your life too.

Participating in Employability in 2016 was transformative. It was a turning point that allowed me to take root in God, and today I reap the fruits of what I planted. The program expanded my mind, made me think outside the box, and see beyond, broadening my vision both ministerially and professionally in a supernatural way. The challenges I faced and overcame were thanks to the answers I found there by stepping out of my comfort zone. Every devotional and worship session was powerful. Being part of the first Employability was a privilege that marked my life, and everything I live today with my husband and son contributed to that. It was incredibly powerful!

My name is Eli, and I am a cell group leader at Igreja Videira de Osasco. I started the employability course during a time of unemployment and with low expectations, but deep down, I knew God had a plan for me through that program. The course was fundamental, challenging me and preparing me to become a better professional and man.
